Nicholas F. Galluccio

President & Chief Executive Officer

Portfolio Manager of the TETON Westwood SmallCap Equity Fund and the TETON Westwood Mid-Cap Equity Fund, Mr. Galluccio, joined Teton Advisors, Inc. in 2008, after a 25 year career at Trust Company of the West (TCW) where he was Group Managing Director, U.S. Equities and led the investment team for the TCW SmallCap Value Added and TCW MidCap Value Opportunities equity strategies. He was senior portfolio manager and co-managed both strategies since their inception. Prior to TCW, he was with Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb where he was a security analyst specializing in the semiconductor industry. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Galluccio was a staff writer for Forbes magazine. Mr. Galluccio holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and an M.A. from Columbia University and a B.A. from the University of Hartford. He serves on the University of Hartford Board of Regents and on the Executive Advisory Board of the Columbia Business School Program for Financial Studies.

Michael J. Mancuso

Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Teton Advisors, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer, Mike was the CFO of Prudential Mortgage Capital Company (PMCC), a commercial mortgage origination and servicing platform with $40 billion of assets under management (AUM). Prior to joining PMCC, Mike was Vice President & Controller for Prudential Investment Management, a multi asset class investment manager with over $800 billion in AUM. Mike also served as Senior Vice President Finance of Prudential Securities Group. Mike also held various financial management and controllership positions throughout Prudential Financial, including roles in the Corporate Controllers and Internal Audit functions. Mike joined Prudential in 1992 after seven years in the financial services audit practice of Deloitte & Touche. Mike earned his B.S. from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Scott R. Butler

Senior Vice President, Analyst for the TETON Westwood SmallCap Equity Fund

Mr. Butler joined Teton Advisors with eight years combined investment experience at Intrepid Capital Management and Trust Company of the West (TCW). While at Intrepid, Mr. Butler covered the video game and software industries. At TCW, he worked alongside Mr. Galluccio on the small and mid cap portfolio management teams as a special situations generalist with a focus on software, industrial and medical technology sectors. Mr. Butler holds a B.A. from Claremont McKenna College and a B.S. from Columbia University.

Laura S. Linehan, CFA

Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager for the TETON Westwood Mighty MitesSM Fund

Laura Linehan joined the firm in 1995 as a research analyst responsible for the broadcasting and publishing industries. In 1998 Laura became Co-Portfolio Manager for TETON Westwood Mighty MitesSM Fund. Laura began her investment career with Smith Barney's Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking Group. Laura is a graduate of Lehigh University with a BA in Biology. She also received an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, and received her CFA designation in 1998.The TETON Westwood Mighty Mites Fund is sub-advised by Gabelli Funds, LLC.

Mario J. Gabelli, CFA

Portfolio Manager for the TETON Westwood Mighty MitesSM Fund

Mario J. Gabelli, CFA is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Value Products for GAMCO Investors, Inc., which he founded in 1977. Mr. Gabelli is a summa cum laude graduate of Fordham University and holds an MBA degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and an Honorary Doctorate Degree from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. The TETON Westwood Mighty Mites Fund is sub-advised by Gabelli Funds, LLC.

Tiffany R. Hayden

Managing Director

Ms. Hayden joined Teton Advisors, Inc. in 2008 from Trust Company of the West (TCW) where she spent three years as a liaison with research and marketing for the Value Added/Value Opportunities investment team. At Teton Advisors, she serves as research analyst and marketing liaison with mutual fund intermediaries. Prior to TCW, she worked for Econ One in Austin, Texas on an economic research project focused on actuarial modeling. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Kevin A. Boustead, CFA

Vice President, Research Analyst

Mr. Boustead joined Teton Advisors, Inc. in 2013 following a one year financial services apprenticeship. He graduated from the Fordham University Gabelli School of Business in 2012, with a B.S. major in Business Administration and received his CFA designation in 2016.

Paul D. Sonkin

Portfolio Manager for the TETON Westwood Mighty MitesSM Fund

Paul D. Sonkin joined Teton Advisors in 2013. Mr. Sonkin brings over 20 years of experience researching small, micro and nanocap companies. Prior to joining Teton, Mr. Sonkin was the portfolio manager of The Hummingbird Value Fund and the Tarsier Nanocap Value Fund. Paul was previously a senior analyst at First Manhattan & Co., and an analyst and portfolio manager at Royce & Associates, Inc. His employment also includes Goldman Sachs & Co. and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Adelphi University. Since 1996, Sonkin has been an adjunct professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where he has taught courses on security analysis and value investing. For 14 years, he was a member of the Executive Advisory Board of The Heilbrunn Center for Graham & Dodd Investing at Columbia Business School. He is the co-author of Value Investing: From Graham to Buffett and Beyond (2001) and forthcoming "Pitch the Perfect Investment: The Essential Guide to Winning on Wall Street" (2016) with Paul Johnson. Sarah Donnelly

Portfolio Manager for the TETON Westwood Mighty MitesSM Fund

Sarah Donnelly joined the TETON Westwood Mighty MitesSM Team as a portfolio manager in 2017. She is Senior Vice President and the food, household and personal care products research analyst at Gabelli & Company. In 2013, she was named the Health & Wellness research platform leader. Sarah joined GAMCO Investors, Inc. in 1999 as a junior research analyst working with the consumer staples and media analysts. Sarah received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and minor in History from Fordham University. She is also on the advisory board of the Gabelli Center for Global Security Analysis at Fordham University. The TETON Westwood Mighty Mites Fund is sub-advised by Gabelli Funds, LLC.

Dennis J. McCarthy

Executive Vice President, Institutional Marketing

Dennis J. McCarthy joined Teton Advisors, Inc. in 2013. Mr. McCarthy brings more than 25 years' experience in marketing investment products to plan sponsors. Most recently he was Executive Vice President of Los Angeles-based Del Rey Global Investors, following stints with Genworth Financial and Compass Advisors, where he was Managing Director. Previously Mr. McCarthy was a Managing Director at Trust Company of the West (TCW) where he spent seven years leading the firm's defined contribution and sub advisory efforts. Prior to TCW, Mr. McCarthy was a Vice President at Founders Asset Management, leading institutional marketing, and Invesco Ltd. He began his career at Lincoln National Life, where he spent eight years marketing defined contribution products. Mr. McCarthy holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Thomas Dinsmore, CFA

Portfolio Manager for the TETON Convertible Securities Fund

Thomas Dinsmore, CFA has been an equity analyst and portfolio manager at Dinsmore Capital since 1983. He joined the portfolio management team at Dinsmore Capital Management in 1983 and lead the team from 1993 to 2015. Prior to joining Dinsmore Capital he spent two years at Morgan Stanley & Co on the convertible securities dealer trading desk. Mr. Dinsmore joined Gabelli Funds LLC in 2015 when Dinsmore Capital merged with GAMCO Asset Management. He is a CFA charterholder and has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business, and an M.A. in Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Jane O'Keeffe

Portfolio Manager for the TETON Convertible Securities Fund

Jane O'Keeffe has been in the investment business since 1980 with extensive experience at IDS Progressive Fund, Soros Fund Management, Simms Capital and Fiduciary Trust International. She joined Dinsmore Capital in 1994 as an analyst and portfolio manager focusing on the healthcare sector. Ms. O'Keeffe joined Gabelli Funds LLC. in 2015 when Dinsmore Capital merged with GAMCO Asset Management. She has a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and attended the Lubin Graduate School of Business at Pace University. The Teton Convertible Securities Fund is sub-advised by Gabelli Funds, LLC.

James Dinsmore, CFA

Portfolio Manager for the TETON Convertible Securities Fund

James Dinsmore, CFA joined Gabelli Funds LLC in 2015. Prior to joining Gabelli Funds, Mr. Dinsmore was a Portfolio Manager since 2010 and equity analyst since 2004 focusing on the technology and telecom sectors at Dinsmore Capital Management. Mr. Dinsmore is a CFA charterholder. He earned his MBA in finance and marketing from Rutgers University and has a BA in Economics from Cornell University. Wayne C. Plewniak

Portfolio Manager for the TETON Westwood Intermediate Bond Fund

Mr. Wayne C. Plewniak, a Managing Director and Head of Gabelli Fixed Income since 2006 and a portfolio manager of Teton Advisors, Inc. beginning August 31, 2017, became portfolio manager of the Intermediate Bond Fund on September 1, 2017. Mr. Plewniak has been a Managing Director and Head of Gabelli Fixed Income since 2006, serving as portfolio manager of the firm's high yield products and participating on a number of other investment teams. He joined Teton Advisors, Inc. in 2017 as a portfolio manager. Mr. Plewniak was formerly with Lehman Brothers/Neuberger Berman where he served as Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager of that firm's High Yield business following its acquisition by Lipper & Company in 2002. Mr. Plewniak had run the business at Lipper & Company since its inception in 1991. Mr. Plewniak began his career at General Motors Corporation and has worked with Goldome FSB, Paribas North America, and Bell Atlantic Capital prior to Lipper & Company, LLC. Mr. Plewniak has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
